Terms of service

By using this site or buying a service through it, you agree to these terms.

What we provide

We triage a business problem you describe, and produce plans, documents and related deliverables. Anything we produce is advice and working material: you decide whether to act on it, and you remain responsible for decisions taken in your business.

Accounts

You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your password to yourself. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to it.

Payment

• Prices are shown on the proposal before you pay. Payment is taken through Stripe.
• Work begins once payment clears, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
• Refunds are handled under our refund terms below.

Refunds and cancellation

If we have not started work, tell us and we refund in full. Once work has started, we refund the part not yet delivered. If something we delivered is not what was agreed, tell us and we will correct it or refund that part.

Intellectual property

You keep ownership of everything you send us. Once a deliverable is paid for, it is yours to use. We keep ownership of the site, our methods and our underlying tooling.

Acceptable use

Do not use this site to break the law, to send other people's data without the right to do so, or to attack or overload the service.

Liability

We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. Except where the law does not allow it to be limited, our liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us for the work the claim relates to. We are not liable for lost profit or lost business.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new date, and they apply to work agreed after that date.
